An introduction to trail cycling. Basic information about adapting a bicycle, easy instruction in technique and general talk about the use of trails in forests and fields

What to Bring:

  • Bicycle with front shocks, or full shocks (can be rented from us)
  • Clothes that are suitable for physical activity in current weather
  • Warm intermediate layer to put on during breaks
  • Small backpack (10-20 L)
  • Shoes for dirty and activ work
  • Drinking water
  • Sunscreen and sunglasses
